This is a small apartment of 35sqm on the ground floor with a yard.
I need to get:
– one bedroom of about 9 / 10 sqm with the possibility of having a closet (which can also be outside the room, if the room can communicate with the living through sliding doors);
– one bathroom (even without window) with wall and floor in resin. This needs to have a comfortable shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin;
– a kitchenette possibly arranged on one side
– living room with bookcase and TV.
The floor of the house can also be in dark wooden like wenge, skirting in lacquered white wood and internal doors and window frames in white wood.
I would like to have some parts of the walls of the house in brickwork, natural colour or painted white.

The garden needs to have an equipped area for washing machine and pantry as shown in the drawing, also, in order to use it as much as possible, I would like to have a coverage or a pergola.
