Dear Client, we tried to fulfill all the requirements. Wanted to build as less walls as possible, while maintaining one whole space without much division in order to have as much usable surface. Also, we gave You version 0 that we gave just in case you want two entrances. Our favorite version is Version 1 where there is a space flowing from the kitchen to the livingroom and then to the bedroom. In this version we wanted to give the apartment a loft like look, and to visually make it bigger, brighter and more luxurious. In this case we made windows below the ceiling for bedroom and the bathroom.In the bathroom floor and one wall in the shower are coated with epoxy coat of light grey (concrete like texture) while the rest of the walls in the bathroom are coated in white glossy epoxy. The washing machine is placed in the kitchen in Version 11, while in version 1-2 we placed it in the bathroom. We also gave the option of having washing machine in the laundry as you originally requested. Our recommendation is to have it as in version 1-1.This windows in the bathroom have the purpose of letting natural light inside, so you won't have to use artificial lighting every time. In the whole project we used natural colors, natural brick and white and black accents in the bathroom.
