I offer you a proposal for the design Of Part of Your apartments (Fabi's Living ) .
Work has been done to improve the living area and the small bathroom with a modern key, which now has a shower, which is included in the design .
We expanded the living area slightly by adding a distance of 90 cm from the third bedroom to the living area, which now contains a free-standing dining area for your existing dining room.
Using the remaining part of the third single bedroom as a space for work and study, and adding your existing office to the room ,
At the entrance, the area was opened by demolishing part of the right wall and adding a transparent glass partition to give the feeling of expanding the living room .
While the room on the left that borders the kitchen was reduced slightly by creating a slightly wider corner opening and using this wall to insert the kitchen columns and to access the bathroom, an angle opening of about 45 degrees was obtained with respect to the kitchen entrance and the bathroom entrance as shown in the design.
- The living room at each apartment is designed to accommodate all possible daily activities such as watching TV, eating, Working From Home, reading and drinking tea by dividing it into several zones, each of which accommodates a specific activity.
- The floor plan of the Living Room is divided into 5 parts (the entrance, living room, corridor , Kitchen and Dinning Zone )
