The main object of the project is not to compromise on comfort and a pleasant atmosphere while trying to fit the necessary spaces in a small space. To maintain that, every single square meter is tried to be used for a purpose without creating a chaos. Another important goal is to reveal the advantages of the building and highlight them. It can be seen from the current photographs that the apartment has a significant scene. Therefore, some pleasant areas are placed in front of the windows. On the other hand, to minimize drainage cost, wet spaces are designed in the former area, with a difference. To gain more sunlight in the living area, bathroom is located in the middle of the apartment. I suggested a bidet integrated toilet for the bathroom however; it can be possible to move washing machine right next to the sink at the kitchen and enlarge the bathroom to place a separate bidet. I’ve shown both version in the plan drawing. Moreover, you can find a furniture list as my suggest. They are from IKEA-Italy. Just fireplace is from a different store (to be honest, I couldn't find it in your country as I don't speak Italian. But it can be a reference towards your space needs). Thanks.
