I am glad that I have participated in your renovation project as it was a very pleasing contest to work on.
All the requirements of the brief have been met in the design process. The Corridor ceiling is designed at 250 cm to create a mezzanine for storage purposes. The Access to this ceiling storage (Mezzanine) is from above each rooms door from inside.
I have created as much closet as I could in the Corridor as well as in the rooms and TV wall. All the children have their own Study, Closet and Book Shelf and your little daughter has her own make-up table.
The Master bedroom consists of a walk-in closet and a large bathroom with a double sink and you can take advantage of the thick walls to create niches as you might like.
3 bathrooms in total have been created giving you what you need for the guests as well as your family.
A pantry in the kitchen will increase your storage area so you can enjoy the clean minimal- classic style of your home sweet home.
A home office area has been design in the living area for your wife near the window so she could have more light during her working hours.
The TV on the other hand, is placed in the darker space of the room.
The 100 x 200 Dining table can be extended to 140 x 250 to host 12 people.

Sono contento di aver partecipato al tuo progetto di ristrutturazione perché è stato un concorso molto piacevole su cui lavorare.
Tutti i requisiti del brief sono stati soddisfatti nel processo di progettazione. Il soffitto del corridoio è progettato a 250 cm per creare un soppalco per lo stoccaggio. L'accesso a questo ripostiglio a soffitto (mezzanino) avviene da sopra ogni porta delle stanze dall'interno.
Ho creato più armadi che potevo nel corridoio così come nelle stanze e nella parete TV. Tutti i bambini hanno il loro studio, armadio e libreria e la tua piccola figlia ha il suo tavolo da trucco.
La camera matrimoniale è composta da una cabina armadio e da un ampio bagno con doppio lavabo ed è possibile sfruttare le spesse mura per creare nicchie a proprio piacimento.
3 bagni in totale sono stati creati dandoti ciò di cui hai bisogno per gli ospiti e per la tua famiglia.
Una dispensa in cucina aumenterà la tua area di stoccaggio in modo da poter godere dello stile pulito minimal-classico della tua casa dolce casa.
Per tua moglie, vicino alla finestra, è stata progettata una zona ufficio in casa nella zona giorno, in modo che possa avere più luce durante l'orario di lavoro.
