Gentile cliente nel tentativo di andare incontro alle richieste del contest , mi sono trovata ad elaborare tre soluzioni che differiscono solo nella distribuzione della camera singola e dei due bagni, mentre la sistemazione degli altri locali non cambia . L’idea di base è quella di ridurre la superficie del disimpegno esistente a favore dei locali abitabili e l’apertura della zona giorno, resa comunicante con la cucina e l’ingresso.
La camera destinata ad ufficio/ camera ospite è comunicante con la zona giorno con un ‘ampia porta a libro che viene aperta o chiusa a seconda dell’uso ( ufficio o camera ospite) , il bagno piccolo ha un ingresso autonomo e accessibile a tutti e viene creato un ripostiglio come richiesto.
La prima soluzione vede il mantenimento della camera singola nella posizione originaria ma ampliata in modo da garantire uno spazio per l’ estrazione di un secondo letto. Il bagno grande viene spostato vicino alla camera matrimoniale, che eventualmente può essere resa direttamente comunicante con esso.
La seconda soluzione riduce al minimo il disimpegno a favore sia della cucina, più ampia, che della camera singola
La terza soluzione pone la camera singola in una posizione tale da porter fruire del balconcino , inoltre la posizione dei bagni rimane vicina a quella originaria al fine di evitare problemi per lo spostamento delle tubazioni e degli scarichi

Dear customer in an attempt to meet the demands of the contest, I found myself working out three solutions that differ only in the distribution of the single room and the two bathrooms, while the arrangement of the other rooms does not change. The basic idea is to reduce the surface of the existing hallway in favor of habitable rooms and the opening of the living area, made communicating with the kitchen and the entrance.
The room intended for office / guest room is communicating with the living area with a large folding door that is opened or closed depending on the use (office or guest room), the small bathroom has an independent entrance and accessible to all and a closet is created as required.
The first solution sees the maintenance of the single room in the original position but enlarged in order to guarantee a space for the extraction of a second bed. The large bathroom is moved near the master bedroom, which can eventually be made directly communicating with it.
The second solution minimizes the hallway in favor of both the larger kitchen and the single bedroom
The third solution places the single room in a position that will bring you to enjoy the balcony, also the position of the bathrooms remains close to the original one in order to avoid problems for the movement of pipes and drains
