Our proposal for this project has follow the baselines of your desired needs. The specific point that makes this proposal to be different and special is the wooden curved wall that separates the small bedroom (bedroom 1) from the living room. This wall will act as a decorative element into the living room, by making contrast to the black & withe colors of the walls and furniture. In this plan the apartment has now a spacious living room and a kitchen with plenty of space. The space that is positioned the table is a multiuse space that could be act as extension of the kitchen in daily basis but also as extension of the living room when friends or guests visiting the apartment and you have to eat dinner with them. The berdroom 1 could be used alternatively as a home office or it could be a combination of home office with a sofa-bed for hosting a visitor. There are two more bedrooms, one master bedroom and one for the child. Master bedroom has a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. There are two more bathrooms one normal and one half bath for the visitors. Also we have design a storge room combined with the laundry. Generally we tried to follow the style of the photos that you had post on the references. We kept the color schemes and the style. The style is tend to be modern but it is easy to convert it to mix and match. Please take a look to the following photos and the suggested plan. We tried to bring your dream in reality.
