Casa di Corra e Ludo

The aim of this project is to create a functional yet cozy flat with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Every design choice has been carefully made to ensure both practicality and comfort, enhancing the overall living experience.
The kitchen is designed to maximize space and ensure an ideal workflow, featuring an optimal triangle work zone, it creates an efficient and comfortable cooking experience.
The dining area is placed directly in front of the kitchen, emphasizing functionality and social interaction.
The sofa is positioned in a reserved area, away from the main traffic flow of the house, offering a peaceful relaxation space. The direct access to an outdoor space designed with greenery elements and chairs blends the indoor with the outdoor space.
A double-faced TV cabinet is a central feature, allowing the TV to rotate 180°, this enables viewing from both the dining space and the relaxation area, enhancing versatility without compromising aesthetics.
Two different solutions for the bathroom. In order to maximise the functional storage space and to have a large shower, together with a clear space in front of the door (for a more comfortable access), we designed a version with separated wc.
The long wall traversing the entire flat, painted in a light, warm cream color enphatizing its leading function and gives a warm touch to the whole flat.
