Dear Client,
I am pleased to share with you my design proposal, which incorporates all the elements outlined in the briefing you provided. While I understand that no changes were requested to the original floor plan, I have included four minor adjustments that do not significantly alter the layout but can greatly improve the spatial distribution of the apartment.

These proposed changes are detailed in the attached Floorplan 1. Among them, I would like to highlight the addition of a window in the kitchen corner, which would significantly increase the natural light in an area that is currently quite dark.

Additionally, I am presenting two alternative kitchen designs, both featuring a contemporary aesthetic and light tones. My recommendation is to proceed with Option 1, as it offers a more fluid circulation and better integration with the rest of the living space.
