The basic conception is the following: to maximize every space in order to grant the clients desire and to work functionally. Every room is lit by natural light. There are many toes in the rooms, which are hidden by furniture, built-in cupboards and plasterboard walls in order to be aesthetic. I attached a dining room to the kitchen of the office, which is perfect for meetings as well. The staircase has such a place which does not block the way of light.
The passages between the two zones, the 1.16 m door were reduced to a standard 90 cm dimension. At the apartment part I divided the functions into two parts: the living room is on the base ground and the night zone is on the mezzanine. I placed the kitchen to a better location in order to be in the area where it can work perfectly. I raised the size of the bathroom, so the desired big shower-bath can have the right place.
