The client wants a project for a small apartment. Considering the existing plan, the first solution is to demolish the garage to have a kitchen, dining area and living in one open space. The new facade is made homogeneus by two French windows and a central entrance. In the south side of the building there's the open space, instead, in the north side there are two bedroom and one bathroom, and in each of them there is a lightwell window.
In the bathroom the space between the columns and the wall is a space for bath system, in front of the door there's a little laundry room. In the master bedroom there's a big wardrobe. In the little room is possible to put two beds and in the corner there's a frosted glass partition.
Of course it's possible to change the destination of each room, without changing the partitions.
