Following the client's desire as its main basis, the project focuses on creating spacious spaces, fewer corridors and closed rooms and permeable walls to generate spaciousness. All simple and modern lines.
The project is based on a spacious social area that brings together the functions of kitchen, dining room and living room and all of them, together with the study, have direct access to the terraces, which gives a spectacular view to all of them.
The core of the house is the open kitchen (which can later be isolated with a glass partition if the client wishes) with its wide and comfortable island, an element that is taking center stage today, easily, and conveniently accessible also from the main room, for those nocturnal cases of wanting a snack and not walking a lot.
A comfortable and spacious entrance welcomes guests, with a closet for clothes and appliances, with a permeable wall that gives privacy to the living room / kitchen, which can be closed and eliminate the view if required, from here, you can go to social or private areas.
The guests are welcomed into the living room by a spectacular fireplace that, due to its location, allows both the living room and the dining room to be heated directly and if you want, you can hang a TV on the side of the living room. As I said before, the views and access to the terraces are direct, perfect for meetings, so guests can easily create different conversation environments.
The only corridor there is the one who leads to the rooms, being accompanied by a closet, which are always necessary. You will find first the guest room, then the service area: room for washing/drying machine and a bathroom divided into two areas: hand washing and toilet with shower.
At the end and together on purpose, we find the main room distributed under the concept of suite: large main space that comfortably allows a King bed with wardrobe and wall to hang TV, large wardrobe with a back wall to place a large mirror and a comfortable and spacious bathroom made up of a good counter for sinks, toilet, bidet, and a good size bathtub / jacuzzi. If the customer wants it later, there is enough space for another sink.
Right next to it and easily accessible from the main room is the study, comfortable, with access to the terrace and large enough to create two environments: study / office and a sofa to be or watch TV.
There are three terrace environments: one covered and closed between the living room and dining room, so it serves as an expansion area, another roofed but without enclosure in front of the kitchen and study room and the last totally uncovered.
A flat with modern lines and style was created, with spacious, comfortable, and well-lit spaces, with all the comforts that a modern house offers.
