Ciao! Siamo Giulia e Francesco, trentenni, abitiamo a Milano e ci trasferiremo a Monza, dove abbiamo acquistato la nostra prima casa. Si tratta di un appartamento al piano terra, con taverna, di c.a. 180 mq totali e con giardino di c.a. 400 mq, di nuova costruzione.
La pianta ci è subito piaciuta sia per i grandi spazi della zona giorno sia per gli ampi affacci sul giardino, ma anche per l’esposizione ad est delle camere e a sud del living e della cucina. Essenziale per noi è valorizzare al meglio la luce e l’aria naturale degli spazi, cercando soluzioni che permettano un’integrazione tra il fuori (patio e giardino) e il dentro (living e cucina), al fine di espandere al massimo gli spazi a disposizione.
La nostra casa la immaginiamo come un luogo accogliente e personale dove tornare dopo una giornata fuori per lavoro e dove trascorrere momenti conviviali e rilassanti con i nostri amici.
Ecco quelle che sono le nostre idee, esigenze e desideri per i vari ambienti della nostra casa, che vorremmo rispecchiasse al meglio le nostre personalità e gusti, senza però perdere di coerenza tra i vari ambienti.

INFO UTILI
Le planimetrie allegate mostrano una suddivisione di massima degli spazi. L’appartamento è in costruzione quindi tutti i muri interni sono da realizzare secondo il progetto che sceglieremo. La posizione dei collettori può essere modificata. Quanto ai serramenti i sensi di apertura sono a nostra scelta, quelli del soggiorno e della cucina avranno due ante: una fissa e una scorrere, sempre a nostra scelta.

LIVING
Pensiamo al living come all’ambiente più importante, sarà il cuore ed il centro della nostra casa.
Vorremmo mantenerlo in tutta la sua ampiezza ricavando un’area pranzo ed integrando al meglio la scala (ci piacerebbe un parapetto in vetro, magari schermato da una libreria “leggera”). Abbiamo poi un pianoforte a muro che vogliamo sia integrato nell’arredo (qui https://bit.ly/CLP-575 le misure).
Come dicevamo, motivo per cui questo appartamento ci è subito piaciuto è stato, anche, il grande giardino ed il patio esposti a sud, perciò vorremmo che il living mantenga un dialogo con l’esterno, valorizzando gli affacci e creando una continuità tra il dentro ed il fuori, che ci permetta di vivere appieno entrambi gli ambienti e di sfruttare al massimo luce ed aria.
Infine, all’ingresso vorremmo ricavare un piccolo guardaroba/ripostiglio a servizio nostro e degli ospiti, che rimanga ben integrato nell’ambiente complessivo.

CUCINA
Questo ambiente deve essere funzionale e a servizio della famiglia, un luogo dove trovarsi la sera per cena al termine delle rispettive giornate. Lo immaginiamo come un ambiente quotidiano che non perda però in estetica e, soprattutto, in funzionalità. Ci piacerebbe la cucina ad isola, se compatibile con gli spazi, valutiamo comunque altre soluzioni. Importante per noi è che né i fuochi né il lavello siano visibili dal living. Non abbiamo preferenze sul mantenere aperta o chiusa la cucina, ma valutiamo idee.

BAGNI
Il bagno cieco vorremmo diventasse quello a servizio della master, con doppio lavabo.
Quello finestrato resterebbe a servizio dell’interno appartamento. Ci piacerebbe dare carattere ai bagni e diversificarli tra loro, giocando magari sui colori, rifiniture e arredi. Per adesso in uno la doccia e nell’altro la vasca come da progetto.

CAMERE
Immaginiamo la camera master come un luogo intimo e caldo, un ambiente che favorisca il riposo e la tranquillità e che sia riparato dal resto della casa, senza perdere di coerenza.
Per le altre stanze non abbiamo particolari esigenze o necessità.

STILE E PALETTE
Ci piacciono colori neutri e caldi - soprattutto nelle stanze - che combinati con la giusta luce possano restituire ambienti rilassanti e accoglienti. Valutiamo anche il colore come elemento che aiuti a identificare e delimitare gli spazi. Non escludiamo la carta da parati, ma senza abusarne. Quanto allo stile, ci piacciono elementi dalle linee essenziali e pulite, prediligiamo la funzionalità e la semplicità, valutiamo l’idea di inserire qualche elemento che dia carattere e personalità al nostro ambiente. IMPIANTI
L’impianto elettrico dovrà rispettare le soluzioni d’arredamento che accompagnano l’appartamento.
Fondamentale è predisporre la cablatura LAN che copra tutta la superfice, con punti di collegamento in tutte le stanze e laddove possano concentrarsi apparti tecnologici (parete attrezzata soggiorno, camere ecc). Nella controsoffittatura va predisposta la cablatura e di conseguenza l’alloggiamento per uno/due router che permettano di avere copertura wi-fi in tutta la casa.
Vanno poi considerati tre/quattro cavi LAN che arrivano in giardino per la videosorveglianza che sarà installata.
Tutta la cablatura LAN deve convergere in un unico posto che farà da collettore per questo tipo di impiantistica, preferibilmente in taverna.
Il capitolato prevede l'installazione dell'impianto domotico Easydom http://www.easydom.com/it/.
Al momento non sappiamo se confermeremo questo impianto o passeremo a una soluzione bticino. In ogni caso, l'impianto elettrico/illuminotecnico dovrà tenere in considerazione la gestione tramite domotica.
Il pannello elettrico preferibilmente dovrebbe essere collocato in taverna.

ILLUMINAZIONE
Come già accennato, la luce per noi è elemento fondamentale e vorremmo che fosse parte effettiva dell’arredamento, aiutando ad unire gli ambienti. Per alcuni di questi, come soggiorno e camere, vorremmo integrare luci della serie Philps Hue per poter dare più carattere.

TAVERNA
Lo pensiamo come ad un locale polifunzionale, per il tempo libero/lavoro/hobby. Non dovranno mancare un divano letto, un tavolo ed una parete attrezzata per ospitare la TV.
È poi previsto un bagno/lavanderia, qui saranno da collocare gli elettrodomestici come lavatrice e asciugatrice e da prevedere una soluzione che faccia da magazzino/ripostiglio a servizio della casa.

Hi Everyone! We are Giulia and Francesco, thirty years old, we live in Milan and we will move to Monza, where we have bought our first home. It is a ground floor apartment, with a tavern, of about 180sqm total and with a garden of about 400sqm, of new construction.
We immediately liked the plant both for the large spaces of the living area and for the wide views of the garden, but also for the eastern exposure of the rooms and south of the living room and kitchen. It is essential for us to value the best light and natural air of the spaces, looking for solutions that allow for an integration between the outside (patio and garden) and the inside (living room and kitchen), in order to maximize the available space. We imagine our home as a welcoming and personal place to return to after a day out for work and where to spend convivial and relaxing moments with our friends. Here are our ideas, needs and desires for the various rooms of our home that we would like best reflect our personalities and tastes, without losing coherence between the various environments.

USEFUL INFO
The attached plans show a rough subdivision of the spaces. The apartment is under construction therefore all the internal walls are to be built according to the project that we will choose. The position of the collectors can be changed. As for the doors and windows, the opening directions are at our choice, those of the living room and of the kitchen will have two doors: one fixed and one sliding, always at our choice.

LIVING
We think of the living room as the most important environment, it will be the heart and center of our home. We would like to keep it in all its breadth by creating a dining area and integrating the staircase in the best possible way (we would like a glass parapet, perhaps shielded by a "light" bookcase). We then have a wall piano that we want to be integrated into the furniture (here https://bit.ly/CLP-575 the measures). As we said, the large garden was the reason why we immediately liked this apartment and the patio facing south, so we would like the living area to maintain a dialogue with the outside, enhancing the overlooking and creating a continuity between the inside and the outside, which allows us to fully experience both environments and to make the most of light and air. Finally, at the entrance we would like to create a small wardrobe / closet for us and for the guests, who remains well integrated into the overall environment.

KITCHEN
This environment must be functional and at the service of the family, a place to meet in the evening for dinner at the end of the respective days. We imagine it as an everyday environment that does not lose however in aesthetics and, above all, functionality. We would like an island kitchen, if it is compatible with the spaces, however, we evaluate other solutions. It is important for us that neither the burners nor the sink are visible from the living room. We don't have a preference for keeping the kitchen open or closed, but we value ideas.

BATHROOMS
We would like the blind bathroom to become the one serving the master, with a double sink. The windowed one would remain at the service of the entire apartment. We would like to add character to the bathrooms and diversify them from each other, perhaps playing on colors, finishes and furnishings. For now, un one the shower and in the other the bathtub as per project.

ROOMS
We imagine the master bedroom as an intimate and warm place, an environment that favors rest and relaxation tranquility and that it is sheltered from the rest of the house, without losing consistency. For the other rooms we have no particular needs or requirements.

STYLE AND PALETTE
We like neutral and warm colors - especially in the rooms - that combined with the right light can return relaxing and welcoming environments. We also value color as an element that helps to identify and delimit the spaces. We do not exclude wallpaper, but without abusing it. As for the style, we like them elements with essential and clean lines, we prefer functionality and simplicity, we evaluate the idea of insert some element that gives character and personality to our environment. INSTALLATIONS
The electrical system must comply with the furnishing solutions that accompany the apartment. It is essential to prepare the LAN cabling that covers the entire surface, with connection points in all the rooms and where technological equipment can be concentrated (living room equipped wall, bedrooms etc). In the false ceiling, the wiring and consequently the housing for one / two must be prepared routers that allow wi-fi coverage throughout the house.Three or four LAN cables must be taken into account to the garden for the videosurveillance that will be installed.
All LAN cabling must converge in a single place that will act as a collector for this type of plant, preferably in the tavern. The specifications provide for the installation of the Easydom home automation system http://www.easydom.com/it/ At the moment we don't know if we will confirm this implant or move to a BTicino solution. In each case, the electrical / lighting system must take into account the management via home automation.
The electrical panel should be preferably placed in the tavern.

LIGHTING
As already mentioned, light is a fundamental element for us and we would like it to be an effective part furniture, helping to unite the environments. For some of these, such as living room and bedrooms, we would like integrate lights from the Philps Hue series to give more character.

TAVERN
We think of it as a multipurpose room, for free time / work / hobby. They must not be missing
a sofa bed, a table and an equipped wall to host the TV.
There is also a bathroom / laundry room, where appliances such as washing machines and appliances will be placed

Inmediatamente nos gustó la planta tanto por los grandes espacios de la sala de estar como por las amplias vistas al jardín, pero también por la exposición al este de las habitaciones y al sur del salón y la cocina. Es fundamental para nosotros aprovechar al máximo la luz natural y el aire de los espacios, buscando soluciones que permitan una integración entre el exterior (patio y jardín) y el interior (salón y cocina), con el fin de ampliar los espacios. al maximo arreglo.
Imaginamos nuestra casa como un lugar acogedor y personal al que volver después de un día de trabajo y pasar momentos agradables y relajantes con nuestros amigos.
Aquí están nuestras ideas, necesidades y deseos para las distintas estancias de nuestro hogar, que nos gustaría reflejar mejor nuestras personalidades y gustos, sin perder la coherencia entre los distintos ambientes.

INFORMACIÓN ÚTIL
Los planos adjuntos muestran una subdivisión aproximada de los espacios. El apartamento está en construcción por lo que todas las paredes internas se van a construir de acuerdo al proyecto que elegiremos. La posición de los colectores se puede cambiar. En cuanto a las puertas y ventanas, las direcciones de apertura son a nuestra elección, las de salón y cocina tendrán dos puertas: una fija y otra corredera, siempre a nuestra elección.

VIVIENDO
Pensamos en la sala de estar como el entorno más importante, será el corazón y el centro de nuestro hogar.
Nos gustaría mantenerlo en toda su amplitud creando un comedor e integrando la escalera de la mejor manera posible (nos gustaría un parapeto de vidrio, quizás protegido por una estantería "ligera"). Luego tenemos un piano de pared que queremos que se integre en el mueble (aquí bit.ly/CLP-575 las medidas).
Como decíamos, la razón por la que inmediatamente nos gustó este apartamento fue también el gran jardín y el patio orientado al sur, por lo que nos gustaría que el salón mantuviera un diálogo con el exterior, potenciando las vistas y creando una continuidad entre el interior. el exterior, lo que nos permite vivir plenamente ambos ambientes y aprovechar al máximo la luz y el aire.
Finalmente, en la entrada nos gustaría crear un pequeño armario / armario para nosotros y para los invitados, que queda bien integrado en el entorno general.

COCINA
Este ambiente debe ser funcional y al servicio de la familia, un lugar para reunirse por la noche para cenar al final de los respectivos días. Lo imaginamos como un entorno cotidiano que, sin embargo, no pierde en estética y, sobre todo, en funcionalidad. Nos gustaría la cocina isla, si es compatible con los espacios, aún evaluamos otras soluciones. Para nosotros es importante que ni los quemadores ni el fregadero sean visibles desde el salón. No tenemos preferencia por mantener la cocina abierta o cerrada, pero valoramos las ideas.

BAÑOS
Queremos que el baño ciego se convierta en el que está al servicio del maestro, con doble lavabo.
La ventana quedaría al servicio de todo el apartamento. Nos gustaría dar carácter a los baños y diversificarlos, quizás jugando con colores, acabados y mobiliario. Por ahora, uno tiene ducha y el otro bañera como estaba previsto.

HABITACIONES
Imaginamos el dormitorio principal como un lugar íntimo y cálido, un ambiente que favorece el descanso y la tranquilidad y que se resguarda del resto de la casa, sin perder consistencia.
Para las otras habitaciones no tenemos necesidades o requisitos particulares.

ESTILO Y PALETA
Nos gustan los colores neutros y cálidos, especialmente en las habitaciones, que combinados con la luz adecuada pueden crear un ambiente relajante y acogedor. También evaluamos el color como un elemento que ayuda a identificar y delimitar espacios. No excluimos el papel tapiz, pero sin abusar de él.

En cuanto al estilo, nos gustan los elementos con líneas esenciales y limpias, preferimos la funcionalidad y la sencillez, evaluamos la idea de insertar algún elemento que le dé carácter y personalidad a nuestro entorno. INSTALACIONES
El sistema eléctrico debe cumplir con las soluciones de mobiliario que acompañan al apartamento.
Es fundamental preparar el cableado LAN que cubra toda la superficie, con puntos de conexión en todas las estancias y donde se pueda concentrar el equipamiento tecnológico (pared equipada sala, dormitorios, etc.). En el falso techo se debe preparar el cableado y en consecuencia la carcasa para uno / dos routers que permitan cobertura wi-fi en toda la casa.
Luego se deben considerar tres / cuatro cables LAN que llegan al jardín para la videovigilancia que se instalarán.
Todo el cableado LAN debe converger en un solo lugar que actuará como colector para este tipo de plantas, preferiblemente en la taberna.
Las especificaciones prevén la instalación del sistema domótico Easydom www.easydom.com/it/. Por el momento no sabemos si confirmaremos este implante o cambiaremos a una solución BTicino. En cualquier caso, el sistema eléctrico / de iluminación debe tener en cuenta la gestión mediante domótica.
El cuadro eléctrico debe colocarse preferiblemente en la taberna.

ENCENDIENDO
Como ya se mencionó, la luz es un elemento fundamental para nosotros y nos gustaría que fuera una parte efectiva del mobiliario, ayudando a unir los ambientes. Para algunos de estos, como salones y dormitorios, nos gustaría integrar luces de la serie Philps Hue para poder dar más carácter.

TABERNA
Pensamos en ella como una sala de usos múltiples, para el tiempo libre / trabajo / pasatiempo. No debe faltar un sofá cama, una mesa y una pared equipada para alojar la TV.
También hay un baño / lavadero, donde se colocarán electrodomésticos como lavadoras y secadoras y una solución para servir como almacén / armario al servicio de la casa.
