Il progetto prevede una netta divisione degli spazi; la zona giorno al piano terra e la zona notte al primo piano. Ho mantenuto l’ingresso nella stessa posizione attuale, perché definisce in modo baricentrico gli spazi.
Il progetto prevede un P.T. più open space rispetto all’impostazione attuale. Ho creato un dialogo tra la sala da pranzo con la cucina, attraverso due varchi nel muro portante. Nella sala da pranzo ho progettato un camino al bioetanolo che caratterizza e da un senso di calore alla stanza stessa. Sul lato est della villa ho progettato il soggiorno con l’inserimento di una scala in legno e acciaio, larga 80 cm. Rimane nella stessa posizione la scala che collega la cantina al P.T., ma con l’aggiunta di tre gradini, per arrivare al solaio che si uniforma al piano di calpestio di tutto il P.T. Ho eliminato il secondo ingresso, sostituendo la porta finestra con una finestra, creando nell’area dell’attuale vano scala uno studio. Ho progettato un bagno di servizio con doppio lavabo e wc.
Al piano superiore, la zona notte è costituita da due camere singole, entrambe con bagno con doccia e cabina armadio, e la camera matrimoniale, anch’essa con un’ampia cabina armadio e con un bagno con vasca angolare, doccia e doppio lavabo. Il pavimento previsto sia per la zona giorno che notte è un parquet dussie mentre per la cucina e per i bagni un gres porcellanato.
The project provides a clear division of space , the living area on the ground floor and the bedroom on the first floor. I kept the entry current in the same position , because it defines exactly in the middle of space.
The project includes a ground floor more open space than the current setting. I created a dialogue between the dining room with the kitchen, through two openings in the bearing wall . In the dining room I designed featuring a bioethanol fireplace thaht gives a warmth to the room itself. On the east side of the house I designed the living room with the inclusion of a staircase in wood and steel , 80 cm wide . It remains in the same position the ladder that connects the basement to the ground floor, but with the addition of three steps to get to the attic that conforms to the decking around the ground floor I deleted the second entry, replacing the door with a window , creating a study area of the stairwell . I have designed a bathroom with double sink and toilet.
Upstairs, the bedroom has two single bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom with shower and walk-in closet , and the master bedroom , which also has a large walk-in closet and a bathroom with corner bath , shower and double sink. The floor is planned for the area day and night is an dussie floors while the kitchen and bathrooms for a porcelain tile
