The Project suggested, as you can see from the plans, expects the moving of the stairwell and the moving of the living room's main entrance, with the chance to create a second entrance from the kitchen which creates a wide terrace to be used in periods of good weather.
The stairwell expected , which substitute the previous one, connects all the floors but also offers the possibility to create at the ground floor a small space to be used as a wardrobe or as a store room. At the first floor the new disposition gives space for a bathroom or a walk-in closet for the master bedroom (second option, look at the First floor plan).The ground floor has been reorganized to create a studio, which has been obtained by the moving of the entrance and by a small portion of the kitchen. The kitchen has her own entrance and it is connected to the dining room, which has been expanded after the reduction of the bathroom with the minimum equipment.
The first floor is composed by two child bedrooms, one master bedroom and a bathroom with direct access from the room. There is also, in the hallway, a space equipped for an additional closet for the sleeping area. For this area we suggest a second option which expects the presence of two bathroom, one for the child bedrooms and one for the master bedroom. This option expects even a walk-in closet with direct access for the master bedroom.


Il progetto proposto, come si evince dalle piante presentate, prevede la ridefinizione del vano scala nella posizione attuale dopo varie ipotesi di spostamento in altre zone della casa e prevede pure lo spostamento dell'ingresso principale dal soggiorno con la possibilità, se necessario, di un altro ingresso di servizio dalla cucina creando, in questo caso, un ampio terrazzo da attrezzare per i periodi con clima più confortevole.
Il vano scala progettato sostituisce quello esistente e oltre a collegare i vari piani come in precedenza, offre la possibilità di realizzare al piano terra un piccolo vano da utilizzare come ripostiglio o guardaroba e al primo piano un bagno o ( seconda ipotesi vedi pianta 1° piano ) cabina armadio a servizio della camera padronale. Al piano terra è presente come nuovo spazio lo studio ricavato dallo spostamento dell'ingresso e recuperando una piccola superficie dalla cucina che ha un suo ingresso e ha un collegamento con la zona pranzo che è stata ampliata grazie alla riduzione del bagno organizzato per una dotazione minima.
Infine il primo piano ha tre camere da letto ( due per i figli e una per i genitori ) con bagno con accesso diretto dalla stanza. Inoltre è presente, nel disimpegno, uno spazio attrezzato per un ulteriore armadio a servizio della zona notte. Si propone per questo piano, come già detto prima, una seconda ipotesi in cui i bagni sono due di cui uno a servizio delle camere da letto dei figli e uno per la camera padronale che in questo caso avrebbe anche una comoda cabina armadio con accesso diretto.
