The current design proposal represents a modern house with basement and garage situated on the northwest part of the lot. The main entrance and the car access is designed to be from the main street. The main floor has two sublevels as the living area would be more spacious creating a sense of connection between interior and exterior spaces. The living room is oriented to the south and has a beautiful view of the pool and the garden. The fireplace located just between the two sliding doors is a visual accent and the heart of the dining and living area. The kitchen has an access to the outside relaxing zone that could be organized as a dinning area too. A sliding section door divides the kitchen from the living area. Another key connection is the door garage-kitchen which is very important for a weekly or everyday purchase. The three bedrooms are located on the eastern part of the house. They all have bathrooms and the master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. The laundry room is located between the closet and the living room. A staircase in the entrance hall leads to the basement where are situated a technical room, storage, bathroom and a large children’s play area with high windows.
