Info for the design:
- I’d like to minimize demolitions and reconstructions
- I’d like to put another bedroom where now there is the kitchen
- I’d like to merge the actual living room and entrance to create an open space living area. Unfortunately, there is a pillar between the rooms.
- I need to unite the kitchen’s drain with the adjacent bathroom’s drain.
- I’d like to install above the actual flooring another light floating flooring in the living area, sleeping area and bathroom.
- The house height is 3 metres, we’d like a plasterboard false ceiling to put spotlights. Entrance and closet must be at least 2,30 metres high according to the local regulation.
- I’d like modern and cheap furniture, carpets and curtains, I’d prefer neutral colours.
- The bathroom should remain as it is, I’d just need to replace bathroom fixtures.
- For the walls I’d like dove-gray or white. You might also use a wallpaper.
- I’d like the precise indication of the code of furniture, painting and tapestry to order them.
- I’d like a plasterboard walk-in-closet in the bigger bedroom.

My budget is about 15.000€ for works and furniture.
I’ll attach an example that is not definitive. I’d like a better option still maintaining the existing facilities (that you could see in the floor plan). The only thing that is to be totally renovated also in the facilities is the kitchenette in the living area.

Info per la progettazione :
• Limitare al minimo le demolizioni e le costruzioni.
• In luogo della cucina dovrà essere prevista un’altra camera da letto .
• La zona living sarà composta dall’ingresso e dal soggiorno, demolendo l’attuale parete. Tra l’ingresso e il soggiorno purtroppo è presente un pilastro.
• Gli scarichi dell’angolo cottura vanno convogliati in quelli del limitrofo bagno.
• Sopra ai pavimenti (zona giorno, zona notte e bagno) và montato un pavimento flottante di colore chiaro.
• L’altezza di tutte le stanze è di 3 ml, vanno cartongessate per inserire vari punti luce (faretti), con diversa altezza nelle zone ingresso – ripostiglio (da regolamento comunale minimo 2,30 ml).
• L’arredamento, i tendaggi ed i tappeti dovranno essere moderni ed economici, favorendo i colori neutri.
• La distribuzione del bagno deve rimanere quella, pensando solo alla sostituzione dei sanitari .
• Nelle pareti ci vedo un colore tortora, ma non mi dispiace nemmeno il bianco e l’utilizzo di una carta da parati.
• Per ogni prodotto, vernice, tessuto, etc, indicatemi il codice e/o il produttore per fare l’ordine.
• Nella camera da letto più grande inserire una cabina armadio (da realizzare anch’essa in cartongesso).
Il Budget è di €. 15.000,00 , per le opere edili , gli arredamenti, etc…)

Allego un idea di progetto che vorrei fosse migliorata in ogni suo aspetto e dettaglio, cercando di mantenere tutti gli impianti esistenti (vedi planimetria), eccezione fatta per l’angolo cottura da ricostruire nella zona giorno.
