Please find below our proposal for the renovation of the attic.
Key idea for this renovation is:
1. Use the height of ceiling in the smart ways, reserve high ceiling for more standing area (kitchen, living room).
2. Maximize the bedroom area by obtain corridor into room area.
3. Make the house more functional by adding foyer, shoe cabinet and laundry area.
4. Open few skylights to make the interior more bright.
5. Interior design is minimalism style with white color scheme, attic wood beams (Keeping the current wood beams) to bring the modern attic, simple and spacious.
I have offered 2 options of layout for comparison. My proposal for this renovation is option 1.
