We make the new apartment design modern and functional.
• The Entrance
Has a shoe case and has a particular place to hang clothes in addition to storage.
The lightning is designed to be indirect to be suitable for this area.
• The Reception
It is divided into 3 areas which is (living area, dining area and study area).
• The Living area:
Have L-shape sofa and a chair which is designed to be comfortable and suitable to share time with relatives and friends (relaxing area).
We saved enough space to the 65 inches TV.
• The Dining area:
Have 6 person table we designed it well starts from the lights to the perfect materials and design to make having meals more interesting.
• The Study area:
It is a comfortable and functional study corner which has a suitable space to work in freely and in a good mood. In addition to the shelves and a good spaces for storage with different sizes and we depend on the indirect light to be more functional for that area.
• The Corridor
We designed it to have enough passage space and have a little bit privacy for the bedrooms and we used LED profile as a perfect lightning.
• The Laundry
We designed the laundry to be as a cabinet has the washing machine, the dryer and a place for ironing and we designed it to be invisible “built-in cabinet” and has enough space to store your stuff and we placed this cabinet in the corridor that leads to the kitchen to be close to the drainage system.
• The Kitchen
L-shape designed surface to me more functional and the cabinets are designed to have the refrigerator, microwave, oven and a dish washer- placed under the sink-and we placed a small dining table just for 4 people and a TV to have more fun and there was enough space to move in more freely.
• The Bathroom
Have a toilet, bidet, shower room and a sink with a unit. The shower room is designed to be perfect for movement and showering. And for the materials we used ceramic, marble and wood for the storage unit under the sink. And for the lightning we used the main light to lit up the whole space in addition to the indirect light under the sink and the mirror.


• The Guest Bedroom
The sleeping area has a double bed, commode and a perfect size wardrobe. We designed a suitable cozy study corner with shelves to put your stuff in.
• The Master Bedroom
We designed it to be your private area that it has a dressing area, makeup station and TV in addition to your private bathroom.
The design of this room is so simple starting from the paintings and the wood panels in the walls.
• The Private Bathroom:
It has a toilet, bidet, perfect size shower room and a sink with a unit.
We used ceramic and marble as finishing materials.

Finally we used parquet for floor covering except for the bathrooms and the kitchen. We designed the floor to be suitable for the heating and cooling system.
And gypsum board for the ceiling which falls about 10 cm from the main ceiling.
We designed the kitchen and the bathrooms to be more functional and close to the drainage system so that you do not have to raise the floor level.
