I have submitted 2 options for the redesign of your space. I've dwelled more on option 1 in creating renders; as it is the more viable option.
Option 2 exists to give you an idea of how the space would work out if you want an open kitchen plan.
In option 1, most of the existing spaces are retained, with the second bathroom and the utility closet moved.
At the entrance, the walls are demolished to provide a more open plan of the living room and connecting the living room to the kitchen through the dining room.
The dining room has been created by demolishing the walls interrupting movement from living room to kitchen.
The size of the study/ guest bedroom is reduced to create more circulation space.
