Thank you for the opportunity to work on this interesting project. I have to say that I really enjoyed.
This project include the following steps:
1. Changing the position of the existing bathroom. Make it bigger and combine it with the master bedroom. in this way, we got the space of the master bedroom with a separate bathroom and additional space for a wardrobe.
2. We removed the marked yellow partition walls to create an open space for the living room, kitchen and dining room. There is also a corner with a bookshelf and a desk
3. We keep the current position of the kitchen but make it the part of the open space.
4. Considering the position of the elevator and the noise, we kept the position of the master bedroom and the guest room on the south.
5. Between bathrooms we create a small space for loundry and space for storage as well.
We made minor structural changes that resulted in making the space according to your requirements, modern and functional with a good position of all the rooms in the apartment.
