Il progetto si sviluppa con l'obiettivo di dare risposta a tutte le esigenze espresse dal cliente, creando un’area living ampia e spaziosa in cui accogliere gli ospiti. Una grande cucina con penisola e banco snack permette di preparare aperitivi e cene in compagnia. Viene inoltre posizionato un comodo divano letto angolare per ospitare gli amici anche durante la notte. Nell’angolo sud ovest si è scelto di collocare un camino a bioetanolo, una valida alternativa ai camini tradizionali per scaldare gli ambienti della casa, senza però produrre fumi nocivi e senza che vi sia la necessità di installare una canna fumaria, nel pieno rispetto dell'ambiente (http://www.lavorincasa.it/camino-a-bioetanolo/).
Il balcone viene ripensato per essere accogliete e vivibile durante tutto l’arco della giornata. Sul lato sud vengono collocate sedute e fioriere da cui è possibile ricavare vani contenitivi per attrezzi e, eventualmente, per l’unità esterna dell’impianto di condizionamento. Delle funzionali tende parasole fanno ombra ad un piccolo tavolino per la colazione con vista mare ed ad un comodo divano esterno.
Il bagno principale è ristrutturato con linee moderne, reso più grande e confortevole e, come richiesto dal cliente, ospita un’ampia doccia ed una vasca idromassaggio.
La zona notte viene ridefinita, riducendo le dimensioni delle camere e collocando a servizio della stanza matrimoniale un piccolo bagno ed una comoda cabina armadio.

The project is developed with the objective of answering to all of the needs of the customer, creating a large and spacious living room in which it's possible to welcome the guests. A wide kitchen with peninsula and a snack bench allows to prepare appetizers and dinners all together. A comfortable angular sofa bed is also positioned here so that it's possible to accommodate friends also during the night. In the southwest corner we decide to place a bioethanol fireplace, a viable alternative to the traditional fireplaces for warming the rooms of the house, without producing noxious fumes and without having the need of installing a flue, in full compliance with the environment.
The balcony is rethought to be cozy and liveable throughout the day. On the south side are collocated sittings and planters from witch it's possible to obtain containers for tools and, eventually, for the outdoor unit of air conditioning. Some functional awnings provide shade to a small table for breakfast and to a comfortable outdoor sofa.
The main bathroom is renovated with modem lines, made bigger and more comfortable and, as required by the customer, it accommodates a large shower and a jacuzzi.
The sleeping area is redefined, reducing the dimensions of the rooms and placing for the double room a small bathroom and a comfortable walk in closet.
