The goal of the project is to give character to the house, creating comfortable spaces where each function is clearly identified.
The architectural scene of the living room is represented by the blue wall. It works both as an equipped wall for the lounge, and as a permeable membrane, to screen the kitchen from the entrance and the dining area. Moreover, in order to optimize the spaces in the living room, the shelves in the first part of the blue wall can be used to equip the entrance.
The kitchen is developed on the backdrop of the next room, which is also characterized by the other side of the blue wall and by a wide central island. The passage space to the bedrooms is used as a picture gallery.
In the master bedroom, the blue color is used to re-modulate the perimeter walls, including the existing doors and windows and the designed shelves in a balanced and stylish succession of vertical stripes.
The space in the double bedroom is optimized as best as possible, locating the two beds on the low height backdrop and using the irregular shape of the opposite wall to obtain a walk-in closet and a study corner.

L’obiettivo del progetto è quello di conferire personalità alla casa, creando spazi confortevoli nei quali ogni funzione sia chiaramente individuata.
La quinta architettonica del soggiorno è rappresentata dalla parete blu. Esso è tanto una parete attrezzata per il salotto, quanto una membrana permeabile che scherma la cucina dall’ingresso e dalla zona pranzo. Inoltre, per ottimizzare gli spazi del soggiorno, le mensole poste nella prima parte della parete blu possono essere utilizzate per attrezzare l’ingresso.
La cucina si sviluppa sulla parete di fondo della stanza successiva, la quale è anch’essa caratterizzata dalla faccia posteriore della parete blu, oltre che da un’ampia isola centrale. Nello spazio di passaggio verso la zona notte è stata creata una galleria di quadri.
Nella camera matrimoniale, il colore blu è stato usato per rimodulare le pareti perimetrale, includendo le finestre e le porte esistenti e le mensole di progetto in una successione equilibrata ed elegante di strisce verticali.
Lo spazio della camera doppia è stato ottimizzato al massimo, collocando i due letti sulla parete di fondo più bassa e sfruttando la forma irregolare della parete opposta per ricavare una cabina armadio e un angolo studio.
