Gentile cliente, ecco il progetto della vostra casa al mare.
E' un progetto funzionale con arredi facili da reperire, non costosi ma dal gusto ricercato. Insieme ai colori usati conferiscono all'appartamento la sensazione di calma e relax che si vuole da un'abitazione di vacanza.
Per raggiungere questi obiettivi il legno del tetto è stato sbiancato in modo da "alleggerire" lo spazio e renderlo più adatto alle tonalità tipiche di una zona di mare.
La cucina è realizzata con pezzi modulari di Ikea. Nella porzione con lato obliquo basterà tagliare un modulo base adattandolo all'inclinazione della parete. In questo modo si può sfruttare al massimo lo spazio. In alternativa si può lasciare vuoto quello spazio.
Nella zona salotto il soffitto è ribassato con 8cm di controsoffitto, in modo da accogliere l'illuminazione incassata e i tagli per nascondere i binari delle tende. La parete tinteggiata in blu petrolio diventa il fulcro della zona giorno in quanto costituisce la connessione tra salotto e cucina. Questa parete accoglie una galleria di quadri, modanature dal lato salotto e zona Tv. E' illuminata da una striscia LED incassata in una veletta che la sormonta.

Dear customer, here is the project of your house by the sea.
It is a functional project with furnishings that are easy to find, not expensive but with a refined taste. Together with the colors used, they give the apartment the feeling of calm and relaxation that you want from a holiday home.
To achieve these objectives, the wood of the roof was whitened in order to "lighten" the space and make it more suitable for the typical shades of a seaside area.
The kitchen is made with modular pieces from Ikea. In the portion with an oblique side it will be sufficient to cut a base module adapting it to the inclination of the wall. This way you can make the most of the space. Alternatively, you can leave that space blank.
In the sitting area the ceiling is lowered with 8cm of false ceiling, in order to accommodate the recessed lighting and the cuts to hide the curtain rails. The wall painted in petrol blue becomes the centerpiece of the living area as it forms the connection between the living room and the kitchen. This wall hosts a gallery of paintings, moldings on the living room side and TV area. It is illuminated by an LED strip embedded in a veil that surmounts it.
