This is my proposal for "Sea House" contest:
-In the living/dinning area there are two options:
1. (plan with furniture) I've decided to choose angular sofa, so 2 people can sleep on it and not to pull out anything. It is cozy during gathering.
2. (furniture list no.5) Option with sofa bed.
There is also suspended ceiling with with spotlights. Ceiling is concrete.
- Kitchen with island and shelves (which can be open or with sliding glass). There is space for full size refrigerator. On the island there is cooktop, oven/microwave and small wine refrigerator (for 4 bottles).
- In the corridor there are doors since according to Italian law, there must be an "ante-room" between kitchen and bathroom.
