For small sized apartments such as yours the key to success is to use flexibility in the design. So i used multifunctional pieces of furniture to consider all your needs and let the space fit your needs for various occasions.
As your first priority is to have a huge bedroom with the desired design concept, I did my best to divide the layout smartly to place all your requests and combine both solutions to grantee the comfort of both parents and children.
Firstly, I pushed the stairs toward the kitchen to extend the bathroom for a proper shower. The stairs are attached to the sides to give the illusion of being suspended. On the other side although the kitchen is small (only 3 meters long) it accommodates all your needs such as an integrated fridge freezer, stove, oven, small pantry and even a dishwasher.
In the upper level the majority of space is allocated to the master bedroom design concept. The small space near the master bedroom is equipped with a desk bunk bed for your children to have their private space for studying and sleeping. Therefore you get your room with sink toilet bidet and bath tub and your children get their private space too. Near the kids space there’s a laundry in middle of rooms and bathrooms to be more accessible to both areas.
Additionally, the sectional in the living room convert into a queen bed that your guest can use it as well. Next to the kitchen there’s a container that can be used for 2 people dining. However it can turn into a table for the whole family by pushing it from the container.
I also designed your terrace in a way that you have enough seats for hosting groups. You can also place two Bed loungers and a set of outdoor furniture for maximum comfort and pleasure.
Bathroom flooring material is marble effect tiles. The room and the living area is wood effect ceramics as you requested.
