Cucina: è molto ampia con un tavolo basso per le preparazioni. Ha una dispensa per i cibi e prodotti. Non ho potuto inserire il balcone, ma rimane comunque molto vicino alla cucina. In generale ho cercato di non sfruttare la grandezza massima possibile delle finestre per inserire dei bagni finestrati. Tutti gli ambienti però sono illuminati molto bene. Lo spazio accanto alla scala di 50 cm, l'ho sfruttato per una bella parete di verde pensile, che colora tutta la zona giorno. Ho trovato il modo di inserire un biliardo autonomo che non va smontato dopo l'uso per liberare il tavolo soggiorno. Ho anche inserito uno spazio bar per aperitivi e piccole feste tra amici . Piano interrato: Ha due camere abbastanza grandi e un bagno enorme per tutte le comodità, finestrato e con vasca e due docce. C'è un secondo bagno non finestrato per chi la mattina non ha tempo di aspettare. C'è poi una enorme zona biblioteca per studiare o lavorare da casa. è vicino alla zona notte ma le attività intellettuali non disturbano il sonno di chi dorme nella stanza accanto. Grazie.
