The Store should have three large windows, at least one of which should be dedicated to real estate listings of Capital House e other information regarding postal services. Other services of the store should be listed too. (Private Postal Services, Real Estate Service, Financial Assistance Centres, Credit Consultancy and Insurance)
It is necessary to diversify the logos of Capital Store, Capital House and Posta Sì, so that Capital Store is highlighted and not confused with the other two.
Structure/Interior Image
The location in which the store should be created is an open space of 80-120 sq m, subdivided in 4 macro areas. Posta Sì and Capital House should be highlight favored in the choice of location, situated in front office with visible logos. While the services of insurance, credit consultancy and tax return centres can be collocated in two, discreet areas (not necessarily close) to respect the clients’ privacy. Specifically, to respect the legal aspects, it is important that the credit/insurance area is separated from the other areas, but at the same time easily should be easily spotted by the client.
The real estate must have a front desk for secretary and two other desks. One for the owner, to be collocated to intern parts and another one for the executive that should be collocated to the front desk.

Concept of Capital Store
The Capital Store aims to become an important point of reference for its clients. The mission of the store is to enhance the values of of professionality, transparency, and accuracy in services, that should be reflected also in the design of the structure.
At the same moment, the Store aims to be welcoming for the clients and comfortable during the waiting time. Therefore the store should be welcoming, modern and innovative. There should be a waiting area in the store that works as a reception area. (Possibily with a small cafeteria area and reading area). In this area there should be also electric plugs for the clients to charge their appliances while waiting. For Capital Store, the client and their necessities have the highest priority.
It is very important that all the service areas are well visible from the waiting area.
Capital Store intends to offer a complete experience to its client, who one has used the service would always return.
