In the outdoor area is proposed to fit the square in front of the main entrance , creating parking areas along the perimeter of the lot, flower beds and a sidewalk for pedestrians.
The main front entrance, has been redesigned to give a more representative picture to the corporate headquarters.
It will create a facade of "green wall" possibly with turf , and irrigation system independent , in order to minimize required maintenance will be carried out also a carport that celebrates the entrance area , timber in natural wood color set to a substructure made ​​of galvanized steel , and only in the portion of the statement below it a cladding Alucobond aluminum type "/" Dibond " .
The windows of the prospectus, which appear to be repetitive and monotonous , they will be appropriately screened with appropriate solar shading color wood / aluminum adjustable .

Il progetto Cantina Vini Bio, consiste nel creare l’allestimento esterno ed interno, dei locali sede di una prestigiosa casa vinicola orientata alla produzione di vini con metodi biologici.
L’intervento progettuale è dedicato, alla sistemazione dell’area esterna che dovrà avere un impatto rappresentativo ed ordinato, ed al restyling dell’interno adibito al ricevimento di ospiti, e clienti, ove si organizzano meeting informativi e promozionali e ci si dedica alla degustazione dei prodotti.
Nell’area esterna si è prevista la sistemazione del piazzale antistante l’ingresso principale, creando delle aree parcheggio lungo il perimetro del lotto, delle aiuole ed un marciapiede per i pedoni.
Il prospetto principale di ingresso, è stato riprogettato in modo da dare una immagine più rappresentativa alla sede aziendale.
Si realizzerà una facciata “green wall” possibilmente con manto erboso, e sistema di irrigazione autonomo, al fine di ridurre al minimo gli interventi di manutenzione necessari, sarà realizzata anche una tettoia che esalti la zona d’ingresso, in tavolame colore legno naturale fissato ad una sottostruttura in acciaio zincato, e solo nella porzione di prospetto sotto di essa un rivestimento di facciata in alluminio tipo Alucobond”/”Dibond”.
Le finestre di prospetto, che risultano essere ripetitive e monotone, saranno opportunamente schermate con appositi frangisole colore legno/alluminio orientabili.
Anche la geometria del prospetto sarà rimodulata e disegnata secondo una linea trapezoidale più dinamica (nascondendo l’attuale forma tipica del capannone) e sarà anche inserita un’insegna luminosa con il logo azienda, visibile anche da lontano a tutte le ore del giorno e della notte.
La recinzione esterna sarà realizzata interponendo dei gabbioni metallici riempiti con pietrame calcareo, che offre nella sua semplicità svariate possibilità compositive , miscelando i colori e creando all’occorrenza particolari effetti decorativi.
In alternativa si potrà realizzare una recinzione con pali in legno naturale e pannelli ottenuti dall’ intreccio di fibre in PET riciclato, che darebbero esteticamente l’effetto Paniere.
Il progetto degli interni prevede la massima flessibilità e intercambiabilità degli ambienti.
L’esigenza del committente è quella di utilizzare gli spazi interni, in molteplici occasioni e modalità, avendo la necessità di ricevere gruppi di persone, possibili acquirenti, ed organizzare meeting, feste, proiezioni, ecc. Per tale motivo, si realizzerà una zona d’ingresso disimpegnata che accoglie la scala di accesso al piano superiore, ed una zona divani adibita all’attesa di persone dirette agli uffici aziendali. Tale zona di ingresso risulterà separata dalla sala degustazione/vendita per mezzo di un’ampia vetrata.
La sala degustazione/vendita, è pensata in modo che abbia la massima flessibilità e trasformabilità, infatti tutti gli arredi presenti saranno dotati di ruote in modo tale da poter essere spostati all’occorrenza lungo il perimetro od in locali adiacenti, lasciando così libero lo spazio centrale in occasione di feste o di riunioni aziendali.
Per la vendita dei prodotti, si è prevista la realizzazione nella zona centrale, di appositi espositori/corner, per lo stoccaggio dei cartoni e per l’esposizione dei vini.
In fondo alla sala si è voluto ricreare l’ambiente tipico del “Wine Bar” con banco degustazione e retro banco con scaffali per le bottiglie e rastrelliere per i bicchieri, tali arredi disimpegnano l’accesso ai w.c.;
per completare l’atmosfera “Lounge” si sono inserite delle lavagne dove è possibile indicare le offerte del giorno, le promozioni e le varietà di vini prodotti dall’azienda.
Il banco degustazione, oltre ad essere capiente e dotabile nella parte inferiore di frigo, in posizione ruotata può facilmente essere trasformato in un tavolo per un buffet.
Anche il retro banco, oltre ad essere un contenitore versatile per bottiglie di vario tipo e bicchieri, può essere dotato di frigo a temperatura controllata per i vini.
L’illuminazione dei locali sarà realizzata nella zona attesa con fari ad incasso nel contro soffitto (da realizzare), nella sala degustazione, dove saranno lasciate a vista le travi precompresse strutturali, saranno inserite delle sospensioni di tipo industriale e qualche piccolo spot in punti strategici.
Il pavimento esistente sarà mantenuto, dando allo stesso una mano di resina colore grigio.
La cucina che assume una funzione di rilevante importanza, per la preparazione di buffet ed eventi organizzati, risulterà parzialmente disimpegnata dalla sala, ma comunque visibile e di facile accesso.
I materiali usati per gli arredi sono il legno di pino verniciato naturale ed il ferro grezzo trattato con vernice epossidica trasparente, a testimoniare elementi di antica tradizione che sapranno conferire la giusta atmosfera ai locali esaltando in maniera corretta l’esposizione del prodotto.
