While designing the architecture and interior of the house, it has been decided to create a cozy and wide space. Landscape improvements include simple and elegant solutions:
Convenient entrance into a house;
Adjacent space with pieces of lawn, stones, with bushes of decorative grasses;
In the backyard there is a recreation area with a swimming pool, sunbeds, furniture for relaxing.
An olive tree was planted for comfort.
We also increased windows on the A-ІФМУA axis within acceptable limits, which does not violate the design of the overall construction.
As for the interior, the basement includes a garage for 2 cars with a separate exit to the stairs. In addition there is a laundry as well as a kitchenette with table and a seating area. During hot summer time the basement will provide coziness and cool, compared to other rooms in the house.

On the ground floor there is an entrance area with a wardrobe, open stairs, sofa, fireplace, kitchen with bar island, and a dining area for 6-8 people. Also bathroom and office are located here.

On the first floor there is a corridor, master bedroom, in which we put a bed of 1800/2000 mm, and a wardrobe. Second bedroom includes a 1600/2000 mm bed and a capacious closet. Finally, the third bedroom includes a single bed, wardrobe, and a workplace. Bathroom includes shower, two sinks, toilet and a bidet.

The interior we offer is performed in bright colors using light wood, decorative concrete-like plaster. Also, we used beige colored fragments to expose comfort in a room. Track lighting is used, with many high and middle level lights in the accent areas.
