The "Cameretta Bimbo" is designed with the same affection of the child's parents and grand parents.The goal of this project was to enhance the quality of the space for a playful child, who is introduced to new adventures within the enclosure of the bedroom.
The existing wooden box is utilized to create the bed for the child.A four step stair leads to the bed, which consists of drawers in the stairs and a shelf on one side.These are mostly storage for toys and stuff.A climbing net is placed on one side of the bed to protect the child and to create playfulness. A white colored shelf beside the bed exhibits the child's hobby,toys and collectibles.The wall beside the bed is decorated with a small climbing wall,which creates an amazing adventure for the child.
The reading table for the school going child is placed on a mild yellow backdrop among wooden shelves.Cube shaped shelves are composed to create a lego effect to the shelves.A climbing ladder and a hanging rope also creates opportunity for play.
A playful shelf with two circular seating is designed to be used for storage and play.The child can climb on to them using the rope and the ladder and pass their time seating there.The circular seat are aligned with the window to provide view of the exterior.All the colors selected for the project are child friendly and proven to improve child psychology in the long run.
