I made 2 options for these bed&breakfast apartments.
In both options I didn’t change positions of the windows and the entrance, except for the 2 windows in the kitchen area, which I would turn into one identical to one in the bedroom.
In Option 1 I kept position of the kitchen, so that you don’t have to change water pipes position much, but the Option 2 with a kitchen on the oposite wall looks smoother to me.
Living (day) area consists of entrance zone, slightly more comfortable dining area and the kitchen in which I suggest smaller cooktop for this purpose.
There is a small space accessible from the day area that can be used as a store for suitcases, beach equipment or extra toilet.
Bedroom has 160x200 bed ( kingsize) with a bedroom bench. There is built in closet, 2 nightstands, table with chair and the dresser.
Batroom unfortunetly doesn't have a window, but it can get ventilation in the space between the roof and photovoltic panels.
There are 2 options of bathrooms between bedrooms with small differences.
