The design changes the position of the bathroom, giving it access to better air circulation, but still, the design maintains its direct access from the bedroom. This new design unfortunately reduces the size of the kitchen, but by having only two inhabitants for each apartment, the smaller kitchen will still be functional and become optimal to serve the people living on the property.
