The concept for the new layout is to move the bathroom right next to the outer wall, and turn the existing bathroom into a circulation space and wardrobe.
Because the window in the bedroom would be narrower, it is then vertically enlarged to keep the light as much as possible.
There area several advantages by doing this, such as;
- minimum demolition that would make a cost effective renovation
- distinct separation between the bedroom and the living area that would make each space more private.
- more seamless circulation
- minimum changed in the facade
