Client main reequipments were to renovate the house for two reasons. firstly to change the bathroom ventilation window , secondly to change the bedrooms layout to be one room which could be one double bed or two single beds.
I started with the bathroom, I have changed it's place to have the ability to locate a ventilation window. furthermore to minimize the room area which was very large compared to the apartment area. I have located the kitchenette in the bathroom old area and these two service spaces become ventilated with a duct in between, with ventilation sources and inspection door. the duct could be open above or has ventilation pipes .
the entry hall become larger and suitable to add a sofa. and the bedroom area has become reasonable.
all opining (doors & windows) in the loadbearing walls were remain in old place and size.
