LAYOUT 1: Il letto matrimoniale ha la possibilità di espandersi in 2 letti singoli. Allo stesso tempo, i comodini sono fissi in modo da non perdere la funzione con interruttori e prese e la lampada da tavolo su di essi. Di fronte ai letti è disponibile uno scaffale TV per la visualizzazione da ogni letto. Tutti i cavi e i dispositivi sono nascosti all'interno dei mobili TV. Nella camera cè un scrittoio con mensole come in un normale albergo. Una piccola area accogliente con la poltrona e un tavolino vicino alla finestra. La sedia ha la capacità di aprirsi dando un letto supplementare. All'ingresso della camera da letto è presente un armadio con appendiabiti e ripiani, utilizzabile anche come ripostiglio servizio. Il bagno ha ingresso dalla camera da letto, ma con rapido accesso anche dalla cucina. Cucina con la possibilità di installare lavastoviglie, frigorifero e lavatrice. Un'accogliente sala da pranzo è separata e decorata separatamente: un tavolo rettangolare è attaccato a scaffali con lampade su un lato.
LAYOUT 2: Ci sono le stesse funzioni del LAYOUT 1 con la differenza che il bagno ha un ingresso dalla cucina. La cucina si trova lungo le finestre (l'esatta posizione delle finestre è necessaria per installare correttamente il lavello con miscelatore per aprire le finestre) inoltre ha la possibilità di installare lavatrice, lavastoviglie e frigorifero. Tavolo rotondo e mensole con lampade su entrambi i lati per mettere in risalto l'accogliente zona pranzo. Bagno con doccia ad angolo.
LAYOUT 3: Include uno spogliatoio separato nella camera da letto. Comprende anche la funzione di un letto estraibile, ma senza un scrittoio. Il bagno ha un ingresso dalla camera da letto. La cucina è la stessa della prima versione.
Si è anche presa in considerazione l'opportunità di rendere ogni appartamento diverso dall'altro secondo una qualsiasi delle opzioni con diverse disposizioni. Vengono inoltre presentati schizzi stilistici per la prima versione del layout nello stile dei tradizionali colori del mare mediterranei e dei colori dell'area per la quale vengono i turisti.

The bathroom has an entrance from the bedroom, but with quick access also from the kitchen. Kitchen with the possibility of installing a dishwasher, refrigerator and washing machine. A cozy dining room is separated and decorated separately: a rectangular table is attached to shelves with lamps on one side.
LAYOUT 2: There are the same functions as LAYOUT 1 with the difference that the bathroom has an entrance from the kitchen. The kitchen is located along the windows (the exact position of the windows is necessary to correctly install the sink with mixer to open the windows) also has the possibility to install washing machine, dishwasher and refrigerator. Round table and shelves with lamps on both sides to highlight the cozy dining area. Bathroom with corner shower.
LAYOUT 3: Includes a separate dressing room in the bedroom. It also includes the function of a pull-out bed, but without a desk. The bathroom has an entrance from the bedroom. The kitchen is the same as the first version.
It was also considered the opportunity to make each apartment different from the other according to any of the options with different arrangements. Stylistic sketches are also presented for the first version of the layout in the style of the traditional Mediterranean sea colors and the colors of the area for which tourists come.
