Dear client, I have designed a high quality B&B layout for your space.
Each unit includes;
- A lounge area,
- A large kitchen with a bar for seating,
- A large bedroom which has space for a desk as well as seating,
- Walk in closets,
- And en-suite bathrooms.
The spaces were elevated from generic room layouts to 5 star hotel quality planning.
**I made sure to put in thick walls behind the bedrooms in order to create soundproofing between the bathroom in the middle.
**The bathrooms will be needing mechanical ventilation, however I really think it will be worth it in order to achieve an excellent floor plan.
**No doors were modified.
**Kitchen window was extended to bring more light in (optional)
I have also presented coloured plans and views in order to better present the space, however i wanted to keep the materials simple in order to not take away from the point of the competition, so please disregard anything that you don't approve about the style.
