Here is my proposed renovation of two apartments in a tourist complex:
According to the furniture placement plan there is a double bedroom in each apartment. Access to the bathrooms is made from the bedrooms. Also there is a small wardrobe attached to each bedroom. There are narrow windows in the bathrooms and wardrobes to add natural light and to provide these rooms with ventilation. Also a possibility to switch double bedrooms into bedrooms with two single beds is provided according to the task. This change is possible by using the same bedroom furniture. You can see this transformation on the furniture plan and 3d bedroom renders.
Also I added such additional information to my project as:
1) by analyzing the given pdf plan and photos I draw a plan how the inner walls are really placed in these apartments;
2) demolition-construction plan to show that not a lot of changes are required for the proposed renovation that will definitely reduce repair costs;
3) 3d renders to show how the rooms can look like in blue-white-wood coastal interior style.
