The idea starts from the position of the bathroom and the kitchen on the north face, and the consequent translation of the entry door between these two spaces. The living space is totally open with precise zones, kitchen-dining-living. There is a walk in closet in the bedroom, with the possibility of extension ( if you need more space for clothes). Behind the kitchen, on the left, there is the office - future 2nd bedroom, with a small private bathroom. The measurement on the drawings are in meters ( except for the areas : sq ft).
