I have provided 2 options for your project. each consists of 6 different types of commercial use to be applied on your property.
The first option considering that you will demolish the store behind. The second option consider that you would keep it. I have also given solutions regarding reusing some of the old inner walls. Not to demolish all of them. The materials suggested are durable, aesthetic and considered easy to fix and maintain. This will all help in cost reduction. As for the solar panels, I had carefully placed them so we can gain the optimum power output from them. They act as a shed for the building entrance. we suggested in our design 5 panels with 12KWh power gain, but the outcome can be doubled if desired with an increase in shed depth and size.
