Please find below my proposal for the modification.
1. In this renovation, I propose to transform this building to a local market as the location is pretty good with a large area for parking and closes to Santa Margherita di Belice town and Montevago commune.
2. In this local market, we can have a cafeteria in front for selling coffee (or other drinking), fast food (cakes etc.); in the main area is the shopping area; and in the back is the storage, office and restroom.
3. The market have 2 entrances, the front entrance is guest entrance, the back entrance is staff entrance and goods loading.
4. The future development land can be considered to developed food market.
5. For the architecture, it is simple to renovate and elegant to attract people. The roof is in saw-tooth shape to place solar panels facing the South and have skylight facing the North to allow sun light inside the building.
