The project includes, as requested by the client, the characterization of the house in a Hollywood Regency style, with a touch of modernity and freshness.

The keywords are: color, fantasy, modernity and class.

The color scheme of the walls and furniture create a game of graphics and styles in the rooms: black, dark pink, green, and stripes wallpaper characterize the diversity of the rooms, while the furnishings are modern and variously colored, designed for living spaces in a different ways but always with a touch of design, sometimes with a more geometric style, sometimes with a more classic one.

There aren't demolitions in the project: the rooms meet the initial target of the halls, except the kitchen of basament changed into a reading area (due to its small sizes), and the hall over the garage converted into a studio and TV room.

All furnishings are numbered to be easily identified in the plan, with the exception of the paintings, although they are only some examples, they can suggest a style to the owner, and ceiling lightings too: in not provided a new ones on the roof.

The final result is a more youthful, stylish and modern home, ready to welcome all good feelings and projects which characterize a happy family.
