Washing machine is scheduled at the visitors’ WC, below the sink and enclosed. * Kitchen is semi closed, out of direct living room sight and with the free feeling of circular access of the "island" type part of it, which is also less in height from the rest of the dinning room. * Floor design includes mainly wood with decorative marble details, while a semi-translucent glassblock panel seperates the walk-in closet from entrance hall, adding light and mistery. * In conclusion, the proposal uses a strictly symmetrical approach to underline the existing style, mixing it with a modern touch of space arrangement and comprehensive flow.
