The proposal provides with a bigger hall by minimally rearranging the size of the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, allowing also a second bath. In the living, a curtain divides the room in two as originally, but gives more flexibility to the use of the space. Storage is located on top of the hall instead of the bathrooms to keep humidity away.
