First of all, i want to thank you for allowing us to participate in this project. After carefully observing your needs, requests, limitations, and the current situation of the building, we have identified some keywords that have shaped our design. We understand that you are looking for a highly optimized and standard residence that follows universal hotel standards, specifically as a b&b residence. Therefore, we have made it a priority to respect these standards and make them the main point of our design.
As per your request, we have carefully considered six separate units, each with all the necessary facilities that are required for a comfortable stay. Our proposed design takes into account the existing infrastructure and aims to minimize the reconstruction costs by avoiding the relocation of the existing toilets.
We have taken great care to ensure that each room is designed to provide the utmost comfort and convenience.
In each unit, you will find a spacious wardrobe to store your clothes and personal belongings. Additionally, there will be a closet for luggage, so that you can keep your suitcases and bags organized and out of sight. You will also have access to a well-stocked mini-bar so that you can enjoy a refreshing drink or snack anytime you like. The bedroom has been designed to offer a peaceful and relaxing environment, with comfortable furnishings and soft lighting, so that you can be assured of a good night's rest. Finally, the bathroom is equipped with modern fixtures and fittings, ensuring that you have everything you need to freshen up and start your day feeling revitalized.
