two-rooms apt(k+wc+l) with terrace (partially covered)

Briefing

1) Vorrei Realizzare un bilocale (Cucina + Bagno + Letto) da utilizzare in estate dalla mia famiglia (sfruttando l'ampio terrazzo antistante e parzialmente coperto e/o per ospitare il figlio quando viene a trovarci per avere uno spazio indipendente.
Per questi nuovi locali è in corso l'ottenimento del Permesso di Costruire dal Comune e la distribuzione degli stessi (che si vede nella pianta allegata) è provvisoria, meramente indicativa per i progettisti gopillar.
Si richiede ai progettisti di "gopillar" una ipotesi di distribuzione dei nuovi locali, diversa da quella già ipotizzata nella pianta allegata
Sia per il bagno che per la camera da letto vanno bene le finestre che affacciano sul balcone.
Per quanto riguarda la porta di accesso alla cucina, io preferirei una porta di ingresso normale, mia moglie vorrebbe un'ampia vetrata che dà sul terrazzo e che funge anche da porta di ingresso.
Nella pianta c'è un locale tecnico che è escluso dalla progettazione (è un locale che é e sarà destinato a legnaia/ripostiglio).
1.1) Per l'illuminazione degli ambienti mia moglie vorrebbe i faretti;
1.2) Per il locale cucina mia moglie vorrebbe poter vedere sia un progetto di cucina in muratura sia un progetto con cucina in legno. Vorremmo vedere anche qualche ipotesi con penisola;
1.3) Per i colori mia moglie piacerebbe vedere qualcosa con un blu vietri oppure colori classici del legno.

2) Per il terrazzo antistante e prospiciente i locali di progetto, oggi parzialmente coperto da una lamiera sandwitch, ai progettisti di "gopillar" si richiede una ipotesi di copertura (solo aspetto archietettonico) diversa da quella esistente.
Al riguardo io preferirei una copertura con solaio in calcestruzzo, mentre mia moglie vorrebbe una tettoia con tetto inclinato e travi di legno e copertura con tegole.

1) I would like to build a two-room apartment (kitchen + bathroom + bed) to be used in summer by my family (taking advantage of the large terrace in front and partially covered and / or to accommodate the child when he comes to visit us to have an independent space.
For these new premises it is in progress to obtain the Building Permit from the Municipality and the distribution of the same (which is seen in the attached plan) is provisional, merely indicative for the gopillar designers.
The "gopillar" designers are required to provide a hypothesis for the distribution of new premises, different from the one already assumed in the attached plan
Both the bathroom and the bedroom are suitable for windows overlooking the balcony.
As for the access door to the kitchen, I would prefer a normal entrance door, my wife would like a large window overlooking the terrace and that also acts as an entrance door.
In the plant there is a technical room that is excluded from the design (it is a room that is and will be used as a woodshed / storage room).
1.1) For the lighting of the rooms my wife would like the spotlights;
1.2) For the local kitchen, my wife would like to see both a masonry kitchen project and a project with a wooden kitchen. We would also like to see some hypotheses with a peninsula;
1.3) For the colors my wife would like to see something with a blue vietri or classic colors of the wood.

2) For the terrace in front of and facing the design rooms, today partially covered by a sandwitch plate, the designers of "gopillar" require a hypothesis of coverage (only archietectonic aspect) different from the existing one.
In this regard, I would prefer a concrete floor covering, while my wife would like a canopy with a sloping roof and wooden beams and roofing with tiles.
