Il progetto prevede la ristrutturazione di un appartamento di circa 53,00 mq.
Nel redigere il progetto si è tenuto conto delle richieste formulate dal cliente e precisamente una nuova distribuzione degli spazi interni così da realizzare una zona giorno più ampia e collocata nella parte esterna dell'appartamento con affaccio sul balcone; la realizzazione di una cabina armadio interna alla camera da letto, un bagno con doccia e finestra, un locale lavanderia e un ripostiglio.
Il progetto prevede la completa demolizione delle murature interne ad eccezione dei eventuali pilastri e muratura portante.
Vengono proposte tre soluzioni.
Soluzione A :
Entrando nell'appartamento troviamo a destra la zona giorno, un ripostiglio sulla sinistra, poi si accede ad un disimpegno che ci conduce nella zona notte, dove si trova una comoda camera da letto con cabina armadio, il bagno con doccia e finestra, nel disimpegno vi è uno spazio dove posizionare un mobile dove collocare lavatrice e asciugatrice.
Soluzione B :
Entrando nell'appartamento troviamo a destra la zona giorno, difronte a noi troviamo il locale lavanderia/ripostiglio, e il disimpegno che ci conduce nella zona notte, dove si trova una comoda camera da letto con cabina armadio, il bagno con doccia e finestra.
Soluzione C :
Entrando nell'appartamento troviamo a destra la zona giorno, un ripostiglio sulla sinistra, poi si accede ad un disimpegno che ci conduce nella zona notte, dove si trova una comoda camera da letto con cabina armadio, il bagno con doccia e finestra, nel disimpegno vi è uno spazio dove posizionare un mobile dove collocare lavatrice e asciugatrice.
Nella soluzione A la zona giorno è chiusa sull'ingresso mentre nelle altre due soluzioni la zona giorno è aperta sull'ingresso.

The project involves the renovation of an apartment of approximately 53.00 square meters.
In drawing up the project, the requests made by the client were taken into account, namely a new distribution of the interior spaces so as to create a larger living area located in the external part of the apartment overlooking the balcony; the construction of a walk-in closet inside the bedroom, a bathroom with shower and window, a laundry room and a storage room.
The project involves the complete demolition of the internal walls with the exception of any pillars and load-bearing masonry.
Three solutions are proposed.
Solution A:

Solution B:
Entering the apartment we find the living area on the right, in front of us we find the laundry room / closet, and the hallway that leads us to the sleeping area, where there is a comfortable bedroom with walk-in closet, a bathroom with shower and window.
Solution C:
Entering the apartment we find the living area on the right, a closet on the left, then we enter a hallway that leads us to the sleeping area, where there is a comfortable bedroom with walk-in closet, a bathroom with shower and window, in the hallway. there is a space where to place a piece of furniture where to place the washing machine and dryer.
In solution A the living area is closed to the entrance while in the other two solutions the living area is open to the entrance.
