Ho immaginato avesse bisogno di una casa pratica, dove pure potersi coccolare e raccogliere.
Le propongo la soluzione che ho voluto approfondire, che si basa su blocchi di servizi dislocati - senza ipotizzare stravolgimenti impiantistici dello stato attuale.
Il concept che ho seguito dona ai suoi 50mq un vivace senso di movimento: i vari blocchi funzionali ritmano la superficie distribuendosi come dei totem usufruibili da più lati. Gli spazi ottenuti per sottrazione si percepiscono ariosi e a misura.
Fronte all'ingresso trova spazio essenziale un ripostiglio/ lavanderia, può valutare di attrezzarlo per lavaggio a mano.
Subito alla sinistra, la camera con la spaziosa cabina come richiesto. Invece sulla destra troviamo una sorta di rivisitazione dell'antico "vestibolo": un corridoio abitabile e attrezzato, dove parcheggiare la bici, lanciare le chiavi, afferrare la giacca di corsa, specchiarsi, ecc...
Così arriviamo nel cuore della casa: dietro alla parete attrezzata (da configurare poi a suo piacimento), ecco la zona giorno , su cui affaccia la cucina con isola.
Tuttavia i protagonisti attorno cui tutto il disegno consegue, sono il bagno comunicante e la doccia enorme.

I imagined you needed a practical home, where you could also pamper yourself and gather.
I propose the solution that I wanted to deepen, which is based on blocks of dislocated services - without assuming plant changes in the current state.
The concept I followed gives its 50sqm a lively sense of movement: the various functional blocks give rhythm to the surface, distributing themselves like totems that can be used from several sides. The spaces obtained by subtraction are perceived as airy and tailor-made.
In front of the entrance, a utility room / laundry room is essential, you can consider equipping it for hand washing.
Immediately to the left, the bedroom with the spacious cabin as required. Instead on the right we find a sort of reinterpretation of the ancient "vestibule": a habitable and equipped corridor, where you can park your bike, throw the keys, grab your running jacket, look at the mirror, etc ...
Thus we arrive in the heart of the house: behind the monolithic storage wall (to be configured as desired) , here it is the living area, overlooked by the kitchen with island.
However, the protagonists around which the whole design follows, is the communicating bathroom and the huge shower.
