Description

Dear client,

I want to explain space distribution:
According to Italian law, kitchen and bathroom can't be divided by door, it has to be divided by a space: that is why bathroom has two spaces (depending on shower location). First option is laundry in "ante-room"-space and second is sink in same space. Third option would be to make one space for the bathroom and to put door between living/dinning/kitchen area and entrance which I didn't propose to avoid dark in small space and not to have too many doors.
Kitchen is on the same wall as bathroom, because I wanted to take advantage of small window and light to the kitchen, and to put dinning table close to terrace.
The reason of sofa rotation is: not to look on entrance door, not to look on kitchen, to avoid day light on tv , to have light from left side which is suggested as the best option for reading and not to sit with your back to the window.
In the entrance we have closet and console with stool below (which can be replaced with vertlical wall-hanging bicycle)
Bedroom is simple with walk-in closet as requested.

This is my proposal for "Avezzana Apartment". If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!

Thank You,
Kind regards
