We are a young and dynamic couple.
We live in a detached house , the living room of our house is located on the ground floor . Kitchen, hall , living room and bathroom .
In the living room entrance it is currently a fireplace.
We would like to change and extend the dining room and the living room area to have more brightness, we would like to change the fireplace wall that is too cumbersome now and get a more livable living room (we are willing to opt for a pellet stove instead of the current wood-burning fireplace).
We want to maintain the current decor of the kitchen .
We are interested in evaluating various types of furniture.
We can explore the possibility of creating further room currently occupied by a simple porch, shown in the plan (planimetry), to take advantage of the view that we have out.
We can also evaluate the possibility of redistributing the spaces (also inside walls), except the part of the brick staircase to go to upstairs and the annexe closet room (which contains alarm controls).
To conclude:
We would like to evaluate both the possibility of redistributing the spaces and inherent internal walls, with the creation of an extra room now used as a porch,
Both hypothesis without redistributing the plan of the living area, and to add in each case a room, the one currently used as a porch to create a new kitchen area or to move the bath, for a considered choice of the best solution.
The essential thing, for us, is to get more light and viewing outside in the living area and kitchen and more space for EVENTUALI any dinners with friends.
We rely on your wits and intuition.
